Nominee Director Services Include

Provision of a Local Person as the Nominee Director for the Company
This service is offered only for the statutory compliance in respect of the requirement for the local resident director.
All the services including Accounting, Audit (if necessary), Taxation, Corporate Secretary, and Registered Office Address, shall be provided by our firm.

Terms of the nominee director agreement

The Company Principal and the Nominee Director sign an agreement covering, among other things:

The Nominee Director will not be involved in any management, financial, or operational matters of the Company.
The Nominee Director shall perform his/her duties strictly based on the Companies Act and/or legal requirement on signing of any company's document.
The Company Principal and the Nominee Director shall sign the agreement to accept the terms and conditions stated therein.
If there are local directors / employees (EP, PR or Singapore Citizen) in the company, or the company generates any commodities/services transaction in Singapore, our provision of nominee director service shall cease.
